Bob Neroni and Lenore Emery have called the beautiful artsy town of Cannon Beach their home since 2004. They opened EVOO to celebrate the PNW bounty of our rivers, ocean, fields, trees and vines and the people who harvest our foods. Their multi-course dinner shows have entertained their guests for 20 years and earned them top accolades as a not-to-be missed event on the Oregon Coast.

OUR MISSION

Our mission has always been to inspire people to cook with whole foods in their own kitchens. We teach whole foods cooking or cooking from scratch, because when eating what you’ve cooked yourself increases your satisfaction and often makes everything taste better. We are strong proponents of education and once you have fostered the enjoyment of cooking, you never stop learning. 

We bring our mission and philosophy to our consulting work and artisan adventures.

OUR HISTORY

We served over 46,000 guests over 20 years of “eater-tainment”-interactive dinner shows. In a world where so much food is su- persized and/or processed we showcased the joys of fresh local flavors prepared with simplicity and style. During our three-course shows, we provided tips on food safety and sustainability, best practices in your kitchen, wine as a food, and the benefits of a congenial dining environment. We have preserved these meals in our cookbook, and through our videos and photos.
