October 5:

Arrival at Canne Bianche

Cheese board, mint-flavoured bread balls with yellow datterino tomato ketchup, fried shrimps and squids, “Zucchine alla poverella” (lightly marinated zucchini)

MAIN COURSE
Sea bass roulade served on a soy cream and Mediterranean sauce

DESSERT
Gelato

October 6:

Private Cooking Class with Hotel Chef

TROCCOLI & BRASCIOLE (typical traditional Sunday dish)

Guests will learn how to prepare fresh homemade pasta (troccoli) and brasciole (stuffed meat rolls cooked in tomato sauce)

October 7:

Polignano a Mare Super Street Food Walking Tour

October 8:

Time for shopping in Alberobello and private guided walking tour with Francesco. Orecchiette cooking class

October 9:

Gianfranco Fino tour and wine tasting followed by lunch at winery

October 10:

Exploration and private tour of Matera

A visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site (city of caves, and it is the third-oldest continually inhabited city in the world) with a private guide, followed by lunch

October 11:

Catamaran tour to explore the coast between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli

Tubettini pasta with scorpionfish and yellow and red cherry tomatoes

Private local guided Lecce food and history tour with time for shopping

Lunch at Tipico Restaurant

October 13:

Mozzarella experience at Masseria Seppunisi

Olive mill tour, olive oil tasting and lunch at Masseria Narducci

October 14:

Farewell Dinner at Masseria Salamina

Experience includes Tour of the Masseria and the ancient olive grove and harvest from the garden

The dinner, a four-course tasting menu with wine pairing that will take place in the Greenhouse surrounded by the vegetable garden.

The menu includes:

An aperitif with show cooking, 3 starters (shared), 1 first course (pasta),

1 main course, 1 dessert

Tasting of 4 different wines of the best local Apulian Wineries

Departures
