11 nights of cooking, sipping, and exploring the Adriatic coast with Chef Bob Neroni & Lenore Emery

Why Puglia?

Puglia is Italy’s best-kept secret, offering a taste of authentic Italian culture off the beaten path. Here’s just a glimpse of what makes it special:

  • Culinary Delights: From Orecchiette pasta and burrata cheese to Altamura bread and local wines, Puglia is a food lover’s paradise.
  • Olive Groves & Vineyards: Home to over 600 million olive trees (some more than 1,000 years old!) and the source of 40% of Italy’s olive oil, as well as 20% of its wine production.
  • Stunning Sights: White sandy beaches, Romanesque churches, Baroque cathedrals, and unique whitewashed villages with their iconic pointy roofs.
