BRUSSEL SPROUT CABBAGE SLAW, TANGY WITH POMEGRANATE SEEDS

Ingredients:

1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup Brussel sprouts, shredded
1 carrot, julienne
1/4 red onion, minced
2 Tablespoons parsley, minced
1-2 Tablespoons maple vinegar
Sea Salt as needed
1 teaspoon chili paste
3 – 4 Tablespoons EVOO
2-4 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Method:
Combine cabbages with all ingredients, except the EVOO and seeds in medium bowl; toss to combine well; add the EVOO. Add a little at a time until desired flavor and mouth feel is achieved. Adjust seasoning with salt, as needed. Garnish with pomegranate seeds at service.
