BOB'S BLEND for FLAVORS OF MIDDLE EAST

This is an old Armenian flavor profile that is used in Bob’s fresh beef sausage.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Fenugreek

  • 3 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pepper, black
  • ¾ teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon clove, ground

Method:

Blend. Store in air tight container in cool dark dry place.
