CUCUMBER & SRIRACHA SALAD

Ingredients:
3 each Persian cucumbers, sliced1/4”
2 each green onions, sliced, bias cut
1/2 lime, juiced
2 Tablespoons cilantro leaves
1/4 cup Mayo
1 Tablespoon EVOO
1 Tablespoon sriracha
1/2 avocado, small dice
1 teaspoon each, salt and coriander

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well to combine. Adjust salt and lime as needed. Serve cold
