FIGS, GRILLED

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh figs, candy cane green, black mission, green Turkish, or other figs in season

  • EVOO
  • Coarse sea salt to finish

Method:

Wash figs and remove stems. Cut in half. Brush with EVOO. Place cut side down onto a preheated grill pan indoors or out. When caramelized, remove to cut side up and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve.
