HONEY BUTTER

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablesoons honey, flavored such as chestnut honey

  • 4 ounces butter, softened, not melted

     

Method:

Whip in electric mixer or by hand if butter is soft enough. Drizzle in flavored honey until you get the consistency you desire. Taste, and chill for later use. At service bring to room temperature so it spreads. Keep refrigerated when not using; warm to room temperature for service.
