MAPLE BUTTER

Good with cornbread, waffles, and pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 4-5 tablespoons maple syrup (pure, B grade is what we use)
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

Blend ingredients in mixer. Taste before adding all the salt. If using salted butter, don’t add the salt.  Chill. At service scoop with small scoop and place on surface of warm waffles, cornbread or pancakes.
