PARMESAN CRISP

EZ-PZ! This is just a baked pile of grated parmesan cheese! Make only the amount you plan to serve as they pick up moisture easily when holding.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup rough grated parmesan cheese
Method:
°Blend the two grinds of cheese. Onto non stick oven mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet, place 1 tablespoon mound of cheese blend. Smooth into round. Bake in 375°F oven for 4-6 minutes.
Total Time: 15
Recipe Yield: 8-10 crisps
