Ingredients:
• ½ cup parsley leaves
• 1/2 cup–ground pumpkin seeds
• 2 cloves garlic, pasted
• ½ cup EVOO
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional
Method:
Combine all ingredients in blender; pulse to combine; remove and reserve in refrigerator until needed.
