PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, yellow, minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 seranno pepper, cleaned of seeds and ribs according to taste
  • sea salt as needed

Method:

Combine all ingredients but salt; season to your liking; reserve for service at room temperature if less than 2 hours. Otherwise store in refrigerator.
