QUINCE SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 4 each fresh quince, cored & peeled

    1-2 cups sugar

Method:

Prepare quince and cut into quarters. Place into heavy bottomed non-reactive pot. Add sugar and heat on medium low until sugar melts and quince is tender. Quince with turn color when sauce is done. Be careful not to rush the process. Cool and keep refrigerated until needed.
