ASPARAGUS, OVEN-ROASTED (NOT BLANCHED)

Ingredients:

  • 16 stalks asparagus, clean, trimmed

  • EVOO, as needed

Method:

Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces; coat with EVOO* and season to taste. Roast in 400°F oven for 20-30 minutes or until done.

* Use garlic oil if you prefer.
