ROASTED RAMPS (OR GREEN ONIONS, WALLA WALLA SWEETS)

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunch ramps, ( or substitute fresh spring onions or immature walla walla sweets)

  • EVOO to coat
  • Season with Salt, Pepper, Coriander

Method:

Prepare ramps by washing green tops, clipping off bottom roots. Coat with EVOO and season. Place in rows on open shallow sided roasting pan; bake 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
