SIRACHA SAUCE

Ingredients:
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
As needed sea salt
1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
1 pint tomatoes in juice, or 1 pint fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
1-2 Tablespoons sriracha
Method:
Place onions in a medium sauté pan over medium high heat; add salt; as onions begin to caramelize toss around and add oil; cook to coat; add tomatoes and bring to a simmer; add sriracha and continue to heat through and “bloom” the heat; adjust seasoning with additional salt as needed.
