STANDING RIB ROAST ROASTED with Flavors of Southern Spain



  • 1 each rib roast (12-13 pounds) ribs removed, trimmed and then tied back together (*)

  • 1-2 tablespoons Flavor of Southern Spain spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon salt to cover top of roast


Rub roast with a liberal coating of the Flavors of Southern Spain spice blend. Roast rib in pan with rack at 325ºF for approximately 12 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 125ºF; remove and rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing.

(*) Ask your butcher to do remove bones from roast and tie it for you.
