TOMATO CAPER SALSA

Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes, diced

Pinch sea salt

4-6 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 Tablespoons Capers, chopped roughly

1 Tablespoon Shallots, minced

1 Tablespoon Chives, minced

1 teaspoon Garlic paste

2-3 Tablespoons EVOO

Method:  Combine and serve! Enjoy over salmon or other fatty fish; also good with some pork preparations.
