We encourage you to whip cream by hand in a chilled bowl. It is worth it in the long run as the cream will be more stable and last longer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

In a chilled bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla to create soft peaks. Serve immediately or hold refrigerated until needed.
