WHIPPED CREAM, MAPLE

1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
METHOD

In chilled bowl, whip cream with maple syrup, vanilla and salt. It may take 3-5 minutes to reach soft peaks. It whips faster when the whisk moves from side to side in bowl rather than in a circular motion. (not sure why)

Serve immediately or hold in refrigerator until needed.
