WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Combine all ingredients except chocolate in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces. When melted whisk to combine. Serve with Chocolate Souffle with ginger bread spices,  along side Orange sorbet and candied orange peel.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 cup white chocolate pieces
