WILD KING SALMON

block cut coriander-sea salt rub and quick seared!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz salmon, block cut

  • As needed EVOO
  • As needed sea salt, ground pepper and ground coriander
  • As needed, fennel pollen or ground fennel seed

Method:

Prepare salmon by brushing with EVOO and seasoning one side; preheat pan or grill; sear salmon seasoned side down; cook 2 minutes; turn over and cook approximately 2 – 3 minutes to cook other side; serve immediately.  *Cooking time will vary depending on side and thickness of fish.
